By booking a service with 559 Studio Arte, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or attending any event.

 1. General Information

559 Studio Arte is a mobile painting studio offering art experiences in the comfort of your home or event location in Tulare County, California. We provide all the necessary supplies for a painting session, including canvases, paint, brushes, towels, and tablecloths.

• Booking Process: To book a painting event, please visit our website, choose your event type, and complete the booking form. Our team will reach out to confirm the details of your event.

2. Event Details

• Service Area: 559 Studio Arte serves Tulare County, California (559 area). Travel outside of this area may incur additional fees.

• Party Size: We accommodate 5–20 people per event, depending on the type of party selected.

• Materials Provided: We provide everything you need for a successful painting session, including: - Canvases - Paint - Brushes - Jars - Easels - Towels (one per person) - Tablecloths If you'd like to rent tables and chairs, these are available for an additional fee.

Event Duration: The painting session will last either 1.5 hours or 2 hours, depending on the party package you choose. 

3. Booking & Payment

To secure your event, full payment is required at the time of booking. This ensures that we can reserve your date and provide all necessary materials. All payments must be made via our secure website payment system.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule your event, we require at least 2 days' notice. Please note that no refunds will be provided for cancellations. However, if you give 2 days' notice, you may reschedule for a later date. Failure to notify us within 2 days will result in the forfeiture of your payment.

5. Children & Age Restrictions

• Adult Painting Parties & Corporate Events: Children ages 15+ are welcome to join these events.

• Kids' Painting Parties: These events are designed for children and must be booked specifically for younger participants.

6. Responsibilities of the Host 

The host is responsible for providing tables and chairs if they do not wish to rent them from us. We will handle the setup and cleanup of all painting materials. The host should ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all participants, including adequate lighting and space for painting.

 7. Liability & Safety 559 Studio Arte is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damage to property that occurs during the event. By booking an event with us, the host agrees to assume responsibility for the safety of all participants. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel the event if we feel the environment is unsafe or inappropriate.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions 559 Studio Arte reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of those changes.
